广园CRTV是由中国广播电视国际经济技术合作总公司东郊仓库改建而成的全新的广电传媒文化创意产业园。园区建筑始建于1953年，历史悠久。

Guangyuan is a brand new radio, film and television media cultural and creative industrial park reconstructed from the dongjiao warehouse of China radio and television international economic and technological cooperation corporation. The park was built in 1953 and has a long history.

广园CRTV也是中国广播电视国际经济技术合作总公司（CRTV）总部的所在地。CRTV组建26年来，全心致力于中外广播电视事业发展，成果遍及世界。广园秉承了“中广人和”的企业文化理念，塑造出专业性强、高品质高效率、有CRTV特色的传媒文化创意产业园。

Guangyuan is also the headquarters of China radio and television international economic and technical cooperation corporation (CRTV). Since its establishment 26 years ago, CRTV has devoted itself to the development of Chinese and foreign broadcasting and television undertakings, with achievements all over the world. Guangyuan inherits the corporate culture concept of "zhongguanghe people" and shapes a media culture creative industrial park with strong professionalism, high quality and high efficiency and CRTV characteristics.

园区内均为单层独栋办公空间，密度低品质高，蕴含了中国传统庭院式设计理念。整个园区草木葱郁，绿化率高达50%，环境清幽典雅，呈现出一副生机勃勃、绿意盎然的自然景色.

The park is a single-storey office space with low density and high quality, which contains the traditional Chinese courtyard design concept. The whole park is lush with vegetation, with a green rate of up to 50%. The environment is quiet and elegant, presenting a vibrant and green natural scenery.
